I am a passionate 3D artist and animator currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Art with an Animation Intermedia Option at California State University, Fresno, where I’m set to graduate in May 2025. My journey in animation began with specialized training at Incessant Rain Animation Studios in Kathmandu, where I mastered 3D modeling and X-gen using Autodesk Maya.

Currently, I’m working as an Environment Design & VR Artist intern at the Hub of Digital Transformation & Innovation at CSU Fresno, where I’m involved in an exciting project recreating campus structures in VR. I use Blender and Maya for 3D modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and lighting, while ensuring all scenes are optimized for web-based VR experiences. Before this, I interned at Incessant Rain Animation Studios as a Grooming Artist, where I specialized in creating hair and fur using X-gen, working with dense fur and long hair through spline placement and guide shaping.

I’m proficient in industry-standard software including Autodesk Maya, Blender, and Substance Painter. I’ve also gained introductory knowledge in Marvelous Designer, Unreal Engine, and Houdini, as I’m always eager to expand my technical expertise.

My academic achievements have been recognized through several awards, including the Leon Family Technology Innovation Endowment Award and the Craig Stover Memorial Scholarship. Beyond my technical work, I’m actively involved in my community as a Peer Mentor at the International Office, helping new students adjust to their new environment. I’ve also dedicated time to meaningful volunteer work, including assisting during the Nepal 2015 Earthquake and supporting COVID-19 vaccination efforts.

I combine strong technical abilities with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. As a quick learner and problem solver, I thrive in team environments and can effectively manage workload under pressure. I’m seeking opportunities to contribute my technical expertise and creative vision to a dynamic team in the animation or game development industry.
